Sarsfields RFC Privacy Policy

Sarsfields RFC is a rugby project run by volunteers with the intent of forming an IRFU (Munster Branch) ratified rugby club. This privacy policy will explain how Sarsfields RFC will use the personal data we will collect as part of this Expression Of Interest phase in our development plan.

What data do we collect?

How do we collect your data?

Expression of Interest is collected by Microsoft Forms. Microsoft Forms is encrypted (both at rest and in transit) and meet FERPA and BAA protection standards.

How will we use your data?

We will collate all submissions into a centralised report from which we will make high-level decisions on the kind of inclusive rugby we first need to offer to the people of the midwest.

We will only contact you if you include contact details. No individualised data will be stored. We will not share any of your individual information or contact details with any third parties.

If you have agreed to receive communications from us, you may always opt-out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Sarsfields RFC from contacting you.
